I stayed in this apartment for one day and had a very good experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
The location is excellent — close to restaurants and a nice park, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Michael was very quick to respond to any questions about the amenities, which made everything super easy. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center, with plenty of cafes, grocery stores, and a lovely park just across the street. It’s a lively and convenient area, perfect for exploring the city.

Great apartment in one of the best locations in Yerevan. We had an issue with the dishwasher but it was quickly fixed by the host. Check-in and check-out was easy and good communication all the time. Recommended, however you might also check other options with Hotelise not in the center and better price.
